  • Ensure proper maintenance of age ovens, heating systems, temperature controls, circulation equipment, and safety interlocks.
  • Manage preventive maintenance schedules and inspections for paint line equipment, including pretreatment systems, application booths, cure ovens, and conveyors.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of PM technicians while assigning daily priorities and supporting workforce development.
  • Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate maintenance priorities with production and operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and maintenance SOPs.
  • Utilize CMMS systems to create, assign, track, and close preventive maintenance work orders.
  • Analyze maintenance records, PM compliance metrics, and equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Track reliability metrics including MTBF and PM completion rates to improve asset performance and reduce downtime.
  • Partner with storeroom and procurement teams to maintain critical spare parts inventory and support maintenance readiness.
  • Support root cause failure analysis (RCFA) efforts and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
